Third-party partner platforms
The Site links to third-party AI companion platforms. Those platforms are independent businesses with their own terms, pricing, privacy policies, content rules, and age-verification procedures. We do not own, operate, control, endorse, or warrant them. Your relationship with a partner platform is solely between you and that platform.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any feature, pricing, partner availability, relationship outcome, or result will be achieved.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL VIBE COMPANION LAB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibe Companion Lab and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
DMCA / copyright
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice meeting 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) requirements to dmca@vibecompanionlab.com. Repeat infringers may be terminated.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the dispute resolution section below, the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any non-arbitrable dispute.
Dispute resolution and arbitration
Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute by emailing legal@vibecompanionlab.com with a written description and allowing us at least 60 days to respond.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute that is not informally resolved will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Arbitration will be administered under the rules of a reputable arbitration provider, with the seat in Delaware unless we agree otherwise.
Class action waiver. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are not permitted.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@vibecompanionlab.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out".
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable local law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
Miscellaneous
These Terms (with our linked policies) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
